Our stay here was perfect: the home was spotlessly clean, and the surroundings beautiful. It was quiet and a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The BBQ pack was also delicious, and the veggies from their veggie patch were amazing - highly recommended. Another thing we really enjoyed was the outdoor fireplace (with marshmallows!) and the company of their two lovely dogs. Thank you Michelle and Andrew

Family holiday

I had my family come visit me from Sweden so i wanted to show them the country/seaside of Melbourne. We loved every moment at Michelle and Andrews place! So friendly and hospitable. The place is very clean and comfortable, they respected our privecy the whole time. We got to enjoy the company of their cute dogs which we really enjoyed! We also had BBQ pack they provided for us with short notice two days in a row! It was honestly two of the best meals i have ever had! Andrew sourced the meat from nearby and made salads and vegetables and chutneys that was just outstanding! I will dream about this place for a long time!

2nd stay

Definitely stay with Michelle and Andrew. This was our second time and will come back whenever we can. The accom is separate and private from their home, and close enough if you need them. It has everything you need, is spacious and has the extra touches like a hair dryer! They helped us with some fresh produce from their garden which was delicious on the BBQ for breaky. They have heaps of local recommendations and a great knowledge of their area. The dogs are super friendly and we enjoyed meeting the alpacas and the chickens. All in all a great experience (again), looking forward to our next stay with Andrew and Michelle.

Thank you so much Michelle and Andrew for a wonderful stay in Deans Marsh. It made our trip for the Falls Festival wonderful and easily accessible, giving us directions and providing us with a parking and road pass. You supplied us with everything we could possibly need and were readily available if we needed anything at all (as well as giving us plenty of delicious zucchini’s and berries which we are incredibly grateful for). A beautiful home away from home!! Also missing Elvis and Ollie running at the back of us everyday too :) Don’t hesitate to book your stay with Andrew and Michelle! You will definitely not regret it!

Will be back

Michelle and Andrew's place was wonderful. We enjoyed the beauty of the views and gardens, their friendly and helpful hints and their amazing hospitality. Pennyroyal is an excellent location to enjoy the otways. Close to Lorne, walking treks, waterfalls and lovely towns. The doggies were an additional treat. The BBQ and breakfast were great, everything fresh from the garden or local producers. Would have loved to stay linger. Will definitely come back.

Beautiful place to stay with scenic views. Very accomodating, basic provisions provided as well as extras and a beautiful garden with various fruits and vegetables. The owners have made sure that you will feel right at home and provided guides as to things to do and eat in the area as well. Thank you very much Andrew and Michelle!

Lovely place to stay, Michelle and Andrew are great host's. The breakfast and dinner package is wonderful, such attention to detail with fresh local food. Loved sitting out at night with the fire and having dinner. Place is very clean and the garden was wonderful to walk around. Highly recommend staying here.

Great stay

We had a relaxing & comfortable stay over the Easter break. The property is easily found with perfectly accurate directions. Highly recommend the breakfast & BBQ dinner which is enough for two meals. We loved the gardens, property walks to meet the horse & Alpaca's. The outdoor fire & sitting area was a highlight, and due to the perspex roller blinds we could sit outside most of the evening. Michelle & Andrew create a private space despite being semi attached to their home. They are available should you need them. Excellent in room information on local attractions. Several local wineries & a good general store with nice coffee in Deans Marsh which is just 5 mins drive away. No wifi but not a big issue if you want a real retreat. This place is gorgeous!

Incredible Experience!

My partner and I stayed here for two nights mid June for his birthday. Michelle and Andrew were just such lovely people and I am so thankful to have met them both. The space itself is gorgeous, and has everything you need. So cosy in winter with the fireplace and the ability to close off the outside and stay warm with those see through blinds! The small touches made it such a wonderful experience. The BBQ dinner was amazing - highly recommend. They even baked a delicious cake for Dejan as it was his birthday! We loved the setting and the area - stunning views and so peaceful. Will definitely stay again! Thank you so much! Julia and Dejan.

Weekend away

This place was stunning both inside and out - the views across the valley and beautiful gardens were amazing and inside was spotlessly clean and had everything we required. We found the area to be perfect, close to local cafe and restaurant and only a short drive to Lorne. Thanks again for everything.
